The Franklin County Baptist Association is a network of local churches united by a shared commitment to the Gospel and a desire to see lives changed across Franklin County and beyond. The association exists to encourage, equip, and connect pastors and congregations for greater Kingdom impact, providing support through leadership development, ministry resources, and collaborative outreach efforts. By fostering unity and strengthening churches, the association helps each congregation thrive in its unique calling while working together to advance the mission of making disciples and reaching communities with the hope of Jesus Christ.

Connection to Commission 33

We help churches take intentional steps toward multiplication by connecting them with Commission 33, a movement focused on planting, revitalizing, and strengthening churches to reach the next generation. Through this partnership, churches gain access to training, coaching, and resources designed to help them become sending churches—raising up leaders, launching new works, and expanding their Gospel impact. Whether your church is exploring multiplication for the first time or ready to take the next step, we will walk with you through the process and help you get connected to the right opportunities within Commission 33.

State Convention · Disaster Relief

The SBC of Virginia equips churches across the Commonwealth through training, resourcing, and disaster relief. We work hand-in-hand with SBCV to mobilize Virginia churches for missions and to respond when neighbors need help most.

Compassion Ministry

A joint effort of NAMB and the IMB, Send Relief meets urgent human needs — from foster care and refugee support to disaster response and human-trafficking prevention — while opening doors for the Gospel.

Global Missions

The IMB sends and supports missionaries serving among unreached peoples around the globe. Our churches partner with the IMB through prayer, giving, and short-term trips that help advance the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
